Organized by the Law Clinic on Discrimination at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, the documentary “Connection / Connection” was presented, dealing with the similarities and differences between the attitudes of students at Belgrade and Stanford University in America, which provoked and challenged further thinking of students of the Faculty of Law, Architecture and Criminal Police academy.
Their discussion was the core of the radio series CONNECTING, exploring the factorst hat have had the greatest influence on the formation of their views, and especially the student population in Serbia.
In the two-hour debate that followed, students questioned their views on their relation to the experiences of others and whether they are willing to accept criticism of their own views. Did social system of socialization through education and the media favour closure, and was it opposed to opening up to the outside world, communicating, comparing and sharing experiences?
