Due to the COVID-19 pandemic a state of emergency was declared in Serbia. As of March 18th 2020 all male and female citizens aged over 65 were banned from leaving their home. Were there manipulations with fear, guilt, that they really didn’t know in the end whether they were protected or mistreated? How do they understand the denial of the opportunity to go out, do they think that they are thus denied civil, human freedom? Do they feel humiliated, insulted, due to the lack of trust that they can protect themselves, and on the other hand, they count on their self-awareness as the most numerous voting body?
